Serve as point of contact/liaison for all booked vendors

Communicate with necessary vendors: timeline, final guest count, special dietary restrictions, and room layout information

Coordinate and conduct your ceremony rehearsal at venue (based on availability)

Provide “Wedding Day Wish Kit”

Manage vendor deliveries, setup and strike

Setup of all personal items for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

Correct placement of ceremony programs, escort and menu cards 

Conduct final seating and table check prior to guest reception arrival
