You have hundreds of Pins saved and even created a whole design board on Canva– you know what you’re looking for, but you’re not quite sure where to find it, and how much it should cost. Yellow Ivy will provide creative design input, as well as an extensive list of professional vendors that will elevate your wedding day and most importantly, bring your vision to life. 

What’s Included?

• Serve as point of contact/liaison for all booked vendors
• Communicate with catering manager regarding final guest count, special dietary restrictions & room layout
• Coordinate and conduct Ceremony Rehearsal at venue (if possible)
• Provide “Wedding Day Wish Kit”
• Manage vendor deliveries, setup and installations
• Setup of any/all
• personal items for ceremony and reception
• Organize and set up ceremony programs, escort and menu cards based on the couple’s vision
• Conduct final seating and table check prior to guest reception arrival Do our very best to resolve any challenges presented by venue and/or vendors
• Access to Yellow Ivy’s inventory items for no additional fees

We’ll also:

• Create a customized, dynamic budget for all wedding related expenses
• Assist with the booking of your remaining vendors
• Attend a site visits with client(s) to create the wedding vision, meet venue or catering managers and discuss Food & Beverage logistics as well as timeline
• Attend [2] additional vendor meetings to assist with design concepts or overall vision
• Provide an experienced Wedding Day Assistant
